* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Jack Grunden
Jack Grunden, age 88, of Celina, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at Parkview Hospital in Ft. Wayne, IN.
He was born on March 31, 1932 in Celina to the late Herbert and Thelma (Shaner) Grunden. On October 6, 1977, he married Ruby Stoll, who died, January 2, 1993.
He is survived by his children Jackie (Diane) Grunden of Kannapolis, N.C., Deeann Woodward of Kannapolis, N.C., Mike (Angie) Grunden of Van Wert, two step-sons Dick (Kim) Shaffer of Rockford, Terry (Roxanne) Shaffer of Celina, eight grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, eleven step-great grandchildren, brothers Jerry Grunden of Celina, Joe Grunden of Celina, Mike (Lucille) Grunden of Celina, sisters Kay Gibson of Celina and Linda Marshall of Montezuma.
He is preceded in death by his parents, second wife (Ruby), daughter Penny Grunden, daughter-in-law Diane Grunden, brother and sister-in-law Herbert and Madalyn Grunden, and sister Diane Miller.
He graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1950. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from 1952 to 1955. He retired from Mercer Landmark as a seed salesman.
Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2020 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Brian Harruff officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the Celina American Legion Post #210 and the Celina V.F.W. immediately following services at the funeral Home. Jack's remains will be buried at a later date in the Friends Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 3-5 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2020 before his service, at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home. Attendees are required to wear masks, practice social distancing, and follow the COVID-19 guidelines established by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health.
