* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing brief cold air funnels this afternoon and evening. Several funnel clouds have already been spotted across west-central Ohio, with this feature potentially moving into central Ohio over the coming hours. Keep in mind, the majority of these funnels will not reach the ground, but if they do, gusty winds and minor damage may occur.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Ellen Heiby
Ellen LeMay (Jones) Heiby was born on January 2, 1965 in Mansfield Ohio. She went home to be with the Lord on October 19th, 2020.
She was a graduate of Hillsdale High School Class of 1983 and Ohio State ATI class of 1985. She married Mickey Heiby on April 12th 1986. Ellen was a top notch Godly wife who enjoyed raising her children, playing with her grandkids, and spending time with family and friends. She was an active member of Wooster Church of the Nazarene and a secretary at Ashland High School.
She is survived by her husband Mickey Heiby, children Greg (Megan) Heiby, Tiffany (Matthew) Hunter, and Bethany Heiby. Grandchildren Evan, Caleb Heiby, and Grant, Naomi Hunter. Her parents Mayford and Julia Jones, sisters Pam (Stan) Lomax, and Karen (Steve) Muscato. Her mother-in-law Marilyn Heiby, brother-in-law Monty (Tammy) Heiby, sister-in-law Candy (Mike) Weitz. As well as many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father-in-law Galeon Heiby.
Services will be 11:00 AM Friday October 23, 2020 at Wooster Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Nathan Ward officiating. A private burial will be at a later date.
Friends may call Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 4-8 pm at Wooster Church of the Nazarene.
