At 226 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles south of Fort Recovery, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph, pea size hail, frequent cloud-to-ground lightning, and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Lightning can cause serious injury or death. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Versailles, Union City, Ansonia, Osgood, Burkettsville, North Star, Rossburg, New Weston, Yorkshire, Darke County Airport, North Dayton, Rose Hill, Cosmos, Brock, State Route 47 at US Route 127, Eldora Speedway, and Pikeville.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Anita Fleming
Anita A. Fleming, age 81, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 11:25 pm at Briarwood Village in Coldwater.
Anita was born in Spencerville, Ohio on October 7, 1939 to the late Reverend Paul and Wanda (Chupp) Hughes. She married Albert E. Fleming on August 1, 1958 in Chicago, Illinois and he preceded her in death on February 24, 2020.
Other survivors include her three children, Richard (Nancy Leffers) Fleming, Celina, Robert (Paula Clune) Fleming, Wren, Ohio and Debra Fleming, Celina; seven grandchildren, Misty (Randy) Wolverton, Convoy, Ohio, Michael Fleming, Wren, Ohio, Rachel (Daniel) Guggenbiller, Ft. Recovery, Ohio, Miranda Fleming, Wren, Ohio, Matthew (Becca) Fleming, Wren, Ohio, Megan (Alex Macur) Fleming, Columbus, Ohio and Sara (Kent) Berheide, Convoy, Ohio; eight great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, David Fleming, Sarasota, Florida; and a sister-in-law, Rosalie Hughes, Rockford, Ohio.
She is also preceded in death by a brother, Larry Hughes; and a sister, Judith Hughes Fleming.
Anita was a 1957 graduate of Willshire High School. She worked for 12 plus years as a proofreader at The Daily Standard. In 1980 she began working at Celina Medical Center as a receptionist for Caylor-Nickel Medical Center and then in 1989 Joint Township Hospital bought out the office and she continued working until 1997 when she had a stroke and they found a brain tumor.
Surgery caused two more strokes and she had to learn to walk again. In 2008 she went back to work putting patient charts on the computer and then she retired again in 2011 as her daughter was having a knee replacement.
She was a member of Victory Chapel United Brethren Church and was the pianist and treasurer for many years. Anita loved to read and you could always find her with a book in hand, she especially loved mysteries. Her family was her whole life and she loved them dearly.
Attendees are required to follow social distancing and guidelines dictated by the Ohio Department of Health, due to the national concerns of COVID-19. Masks are required by attendees at visitation and funeral.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am-12:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Memorial contributions can be made to American Heart Association and/or St. Jude's.
