* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Steve Beougher
Steve W. Beougher, age 74, of Celina, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He was born April 14, 1947 in Celina to the late Don and Treva (Smelser) Beougher. On October 4, 1969 he married Karen (Williams) Beougher and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include three children, Carrie (Steve) Gladhill, Celina, Aaron (Sarah) Beougher, Celina and Doug (Alison) Beougher, St. Marys; a brother, Dan (Phyllis) Beougher, Celina; and eight grandchildren, Caleb, Kim, Logan, Eli, Zoey, Walker, Maverick and Paisley.
Steve was a 1965 graduate of Celina Senior High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era. He retired as a lieutenant from the Celina Fire Department on July 10, 2000 after working for 29 years. He was also the EMS Director of Mercer County for 12 years. Steve was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina, the Hopewell Grange and Celina VFW Post #5713. He was an avid Bengals and Buckeye's fan and also enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at Cisco Funeral Homes in Celina.
Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am on Thursday, October 7, 2021 at Grace Missionary Church in Celina with Pastor Shawn Harrison officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at Swamp College Cemetery in Celina with military rites to be conducted by Celina American Legion Post #210 and VFW Post #5713.
