Blanche Gehm
Blanche M. Gehm, age 90 of Coldwater, died on Friday, October 1, 2021 at her home.
She was born July 7, 1931 in Celina to the late Esther (Walters) Cencebaugh. On March 31, 1951 she married Lester Gehm, who preceded her in 2020.
She is also survived by children, Linda K. Gehm of Indianapolis, Tim & Linda R. (Wolfe) Gehm of Coldwater, Lisa Gehm of California and Paul & Donnita (Overholser) Gehm of Coldwater, ten grandchildren and ten great- grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Gehm in 1982, a son Bruce Gehm in 2013 and in-laws Elmer Gehm, Robert Gehm, Ruth Christian & Noel Gehm.
Blanche enjoyed shopping, singing, clowning around and worked for many years at Mersman's and as a guard with New Idea. She was a member of The Lord's Abounding Grace Church in Celina and Blanche's first love was the Lord.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday October 7, 2021 at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, with Rev. Rick Brosher, officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Friends may call from 2 to 8 PM on Wednesday October 6, and on Thursday from 9 to 10 AM.
