Helen Counseller
Helen J. Counseller, 97, of Van Wert, passed away at 4:22 am on November 25, 2021 at Van Wert Manor.
She was born on August 10, 1924, in Celina, the daughter of the late Alexis Benjamin McMurray and Artie Belle (Dibble) McMurray. On April 30, 1955, she married Bernard F. "Red" Counseller, who preceded her in death.
Helen had previously worked as a waitress.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Lance Hostetler, officiating. Private interment will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
