* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1245 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1003 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

Mercer County Commissioners signed a proclamation recognizing the 100th anniversary of the Mercer County Courthouse Tuesday. The proclamation recognizes the magnitude of the Mercer County Courthouse "that upholds the founding principals and a justice for all democracy." Those pictured include Lisa Dues, Matthew Fox, Rick Muhlenkamp, Sue Heiser, Shawn Robinson, Jeff Ingraham Cee Cee Kremer and Dave Buschur.
