* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

At 709 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ohio City, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, and Bulkhead.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

Jennie Hirschy
Jennie L. Hirschy, age 52, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023 in Fort Wayne.
She was born in Celina, OH to Robert and Kathy Rutledge, who survive.
Jennie worked as an administrator in Healthcare for 33 years. She attended Pathway Community Church and is a member of First Church of Christ of Fort Recovery, OH. Jennie will be remembered for her giving heart and always putting the needs of others first in her life.   
She is also survived by her husband, Kurtt Hirschy; granddaughter, Lilly Thomas; brother, Robb "Dusty" (Jen) Ruttledge; and nieces, Elizabeth King and Megan (Robert) Brockman.
Service is 4:00 pm, Thursday, January 19, 2023 at Pathway Community Church, 1010 Carroll Rd., with calling three hours prior beginning at 1:00 pm.
Burial is 11:00 am, Friday, January 20, 2023 at Greenwood Cemetery of Lagrange, IN.
