* WHERE...Western Auglaize County in west central Ohio... Mercer County in west central Ohio... North Central Shelby County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 1015 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 714 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Rockford, New Knoxville, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, Bulkhead, Maria Stein, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and Chattanooga.

At 709 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Ohio City, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Chattanooga, Kossuth, Tama, Neptune, Carthagena, and Bulkhead.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.

LeRoy Art
LeRoy Henry Art, 89, of Fort Wayne passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022.
He was born on December 9, 1933, in Celina, Ohio, a son of the late Henry and Lucina (Rammel) Art.
He was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School. He served in the US Army in Nuremberg, Germany from 1956 until 1958 and was a member of the AMVETS. He was a member of Brewery Collectables Club of America since 1975 and a founding member of the Three Rivers Chapter, serving as President for many years. He worked at International Harvester/Navistar for 30 years before retiring in 1991.
Surviving family include his children, Christina (Russ) Hollingsworth, Joseph (Brenda) Art; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and the families of Steve, Mark, and Sherry Kamphues. Surviving siblings are Robert Art, Ralph Art, Clara Forsthoefel, and Jeannie Gebele.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in passing by his former wife, Marthann (Fortkamp) Riesen as well as his long-time partner of many years, Patricia Kamphues; and his siblings, John Art, Catherine Byerly, Mary Hundley, Ruth Grieshop, and James Art.
Memorial Service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 21 at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow the services at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Ft. Wayne.
