Michael Doersam
Michael "Mike" J. Doersam, 69 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023 at Wayne Hospital in Greenville, Ohio.
He was born October 15, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio. On October 9, 2004 he married Wilma (Bumgardner) Doersam and she survives at the residence in Celina.
Other survivors include his children, Michael J. (Katelyn) Doersam, Johnstown, Ohio, Matthew N. (Chelsea) Doersam, Blacklick, Ohio, Max (Laurie Poston) Sargent, Gahanna, Ohio, and Ryan Linnabary, Sunbury, Ohio; his mother, Barbara Bosley, Pickerington, Ohio; two brothers, Steve (Mona) Doersam, Colorado and Tim (Kim) Doersam, Reynolds, Ohio; two sisters, Linda (Ron) Weaver, Lancaster, Ohio and Mary Boham, Lancaster, Ohio; and six grandchildren, Grahm, Rowyn, Sawyer, Collins, Jayda and Alex.
He is preceded in death by his father, Bernard J. Doersam.
Mike was a 1971 graduate of Gahanna Lincoln High School in Gahanna, Ohio. He retired from Jess Howard Electric Company in Blacklick, Ohio where he worked as an estimator and project manager. Mike was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be deeply missed by all. He enjoyed outdoors and boating on Grand Lake St. Marys. He is now on his way to heaven to find Sasquatch and if you knew Mike you would understand.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm prior to the services at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family.
