Periods of light snow can be expected tonight with some scattered snow showers then lingering into Monday morning. Snow totals of around an inch or less will be possible. Increasing winds later tonight and Monday morning will support blowing snow, primarily in rural areas. CELINA - Two people have been indicted on misdemeanor charges stemming from alleged abuse at Victorum Learning Center.
Stephanie Lawrence, 42, St. Marys, was charged with first degree misdemeanor assault and first degree misdemeanor endangering children, according an indictment filed on Aug. 17.

ST. MARYS - City council members on Monday heard first reading of an ordinance to donate a property on North Front Street to Auglaize Housing Development, Inc., a non-profit which provides housing and related services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
CELINA - City council members on Monday night passed first reading of legislation to establish a volunteer tree commission.
Once its members are seated, the commission will be tasked with providing direct input on a new city tree ordinance to be considered by city council members.
