An Arctic front will sweep east across the region between 5 AM and 9 AM. A few hours of snow showers and west wind gusts of 35 to 40 mph will occur with the frontal passage. While any accumulations will generally be a half inch or less, some challenging travel conditions may develop given, rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities, strong wind and cold temperatures. These conditions will impact the morning commute. Use caution and allow for extra time to reach your destination.

* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Bruce Felver
Bruce Alan Felver, 70, of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024 at his residence in Celina.
He was born July 6, 1953 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia to the late Alan E. and Carolyn J. (Alger) Felver. On April 26, 1974 he married Glenna J. (Anselman) Felver and she survives at the residence in Celina. Bruce and Glenna were together for 49 wonderful years.
Other survivors include his children, Bryan (Lori) Felver, Celina; Sara (Adam) Butler, Rockford; Paul Felver, Celina; and Scott (Jenna) Felver, Celina; three sisters, Diane Felver, Brenda (David) Krugh and Debi Felver, all of Chattanooga, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Bruce was a 1970 graduate of Parkway High School and went on to receive his associate degree in auto diesel from Bailey Tech in St. Louis, Missouri. He retired from Penske Truck Leasing, Delphos, Ohio after 43 years of service. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Celina. Bruce loved being a mechanic and enjoyed working in his garage, fishing, boating, woodworking, vacationing and most of all spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Visitation hours will be from 1-5 p.m. on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 15, 2024 at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina with Rev. Matt Overman officiating; where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow at Kessler Cemetery in Chattanooga, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made to Grand Lake Hospice and/or Cancer Association of Mercer County.
