A band of snow showers will drop into the region from northern Indiana, and push through the region through the afternoon. Some snow showers could produce a quick light coating of snow on elevated surfaces and bridges. Visibility may also be briefly reduced to a half mile or even less. Northwest winds will also gust up to 30 MPH.
Lighter snowfall will continue into the evening behind the initial band of snow showers, with accumulations from a few tenths to isolated accumulations of up to an inch.
Motorists should exercise caution and be prepared for rapidly changing conditions.

Wanda Bernholt
Wanda Bernholt, age 87, of Celina, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 7:55 p.m. at Otterbein St. Marys Senior Life Community, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on January 6, 1938, in Geneva, Indiana, to the late Olan and Madonna (Garman) Stoner. On February 23, 1963, she married the love of her life, Charles Bernholt, who preceded her in death on June 29, 2012.
Wanda is survived by her daughter, Tiffany (Ray) Loewe of Sarasota, Florida; her sons, Christopher Bernholt of Celina, and Terry (Lori) Bernholt of St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Flora Stoner, Celina; eight cherished grandchildren; and eleven adored great-grandchildren.
She also preceded in death by a brother, Norman Stoner; and a sister, Mary Ann (Robert) Buschor of Celina.
A proud graduate of Immaculate Conception Catholic High School, Class of 1956, Wanda dedicated many years of service working at the Celina Utilities Office and the Mercer County Auditor's Office, retiring in 1994.
Wanda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose life was grounded in her faith and love for family. She will be remembered for her unwavering kindness, gentle spirit, and deep commitment to those she loved most.
Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina. Additional visitation will be held on Friday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, with Fr. Adam Berning officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to the School Endowment Fund at Immaculate Conception Church.
