In accordance with OAC rule 901:10-6-01, public notice is hereby given that the Ohio Department of Agriculture (ODA) is accepting comments on draft Permit to Operate (PTO) renewals for the above listed existing facilities that are all located in Mercer County. If the final permits are issued, the PTO's would be valid for five years.
Copies of the draft permits can be obtained by submitting a public records request using the following link: https://agri.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/oda/divisions/legal-office/public-records-site-area. Any person may submit written comments and/or request a public meeting on the draft permit. A request for a public meeting must be in writing, shall state the nature of the issues to be raised at the public meeting, and shall specify which facility is of concern. Comments and/or public meeting requests must be received by the DLEP office no later than 5 p.m. on July 1, 2024. Comments can either be mailed to Division of Livestock Environmental Permitting, A.B. Graham Building, 8995 East Main Street, Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068 or emailed to lepp@agri.ohio.gov. Comments received after this date will not be considered. A public meeting will be held when required by OAC 901:10-6-04(C) and may be held where authorized by OAC 901:10-6-01(D). Persons have a right to provide a written or oral statement for the record at the public meeting, if a meeting is scheduled.

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio until 11:00 A.M. on June 11, 2024, at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 West Livingston Street, Room A201, Celina, Ohio, 45822 for Center Line and Edge Line Pavement Marking for Various Mercer County Roads and all work incidental thereto in accordance with the specifications therefor.
Bids will be opened at 11:00 A.M. June 11, 2024, in the Office of the County Commissioners.
Each bid package must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guaranty shall be in the form of either:
1. A bond for the full amount of the bid, or
2. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. Upon entering a contract, a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the project will be required.
As this is a federally funded project, all bids shall meet all applicable federal requirements, including the correct payment of federal prevailing wages.
A completed bid blank should be submitted on the project.
All bidders must be currently on ODOT'S list of pre-approved contractors.
