Northern Mercer County in west central Ohio... * Until 430 AM EDT. * At 126 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain occurring across northern Mercer and Auglaize County. * Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Celina, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, Fort Shawnee, Cridersville, Rockford, Waynesfield, Moulton, Mendon, Buckland, Uniopolis, Chattanooga, Fryburg, Kossuth, Tama, St. Johns, Neptune, State Route 116 at State Route 197 and New Hampshire.
