A number of folks took paintbrush in hand to decorate a chair for the 2nd annual Chair-ity Auction set for 2 p.m. Saturday on the grounds of the Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum in Wapakoneta. Residents at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community designed and created the OSU Buckeye chair.
