A number of folks took paintbrush in hand to decorate a chair for the 2nd annual Chair-ity Auction set for 2 p.m. Saturday on the grounds of the Neil Armstrong Air and Space Museum in Wapakoneta. A local garden club painted a garden chair in shades of green and lavender and installed a running garden faucet fountain.
