* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Patchy slick spots could develop on elevated roadways where temperatures drop below freezing.

Gale Hertel
Gale L. Hertel, 85, 902 Rosewood Drive, Celina, died at 11:20 a.m. Aug. 17, 2006, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born March 1, 1921, in Van Wert, to Gaylord and Edith Mae Price Hertel. On Nov. 17, 1940, he married Audrey Margaret Saam, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter Janice (Jerome) Hoelscher, Celina; two sons, Ronald (Jan), Celina and Larry (JeAnn), Indianapolis; and six grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Dale and Bernard.
He was a retired farmer and member of Mount Tabor Church of God.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. James Keiser officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
