Minster-area resident Carol Monnier holds a green felt hat decorated with Minster Oktoberfest pins, including the 2006 edition that will be sold beginning Labor Day weekend. Monnier and her daughter, Laura Monnier Roetgermann, continue the design tradition started by their husband and father.
