* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Celina's Stu Amstutz, 81, is brought down by a pair of Van Wert defenders during their Western Buckeye League contest on Friday night. Amstutz caught a pair of touchdowns to help lead the Bulldogs to a 32-0 win over the Cougars.
