Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/iln. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Sunday evening. * IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:40 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 13.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Derrell "Ted" Franklin, 96, of Boundary St., Fort Recovery, died at 6 p.m. Sept. 11, 2006, at The Gardens at St. Henry.
Arrangements are pending at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
Donna M. Fontanini, 56, of 150 South Cedar St., Coldwater, died Sept. 11, 2006, at her sister Martha's home, Muncie, Ind. Death was due to natural causes. [More]
