FORT RECOVERY - The Fremont Street reconstruction project was completed for about $11,000 under the original estimate, village council members learned at Monday's regular meeting.
The Mercer County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the apparent theft of rolled aluminum valued at $25,000 from a Celina-area business.
Lavern W. Gross, president of Alumetal Manufacturing, 4555 U.S. 127, reported 20 coils of aluminum missing from the plant at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
