The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Anna Eilerman
Anna Marie Eilerman, 91, of Minster, died at 5:45 a.m. Sept. 24, 2006, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born July 21, 1915, in St. Patrick, to Henry and Anna Schmitmeyer Hoying. On June 9, 1937, she married Gregor H. Eilerman, who died Oct. 29, 1990.
Survivors are three sons, John (Sandra) and Jerome (Margaret), all of Minster, and Joseph (Peg), New Bremen; three daughters, Janet (Robert) Hoying, Joan (Robert) Schnabel and Judith (Jon) Sacksteder, all of Minster; five brothers, Jerome Hoying, Greenville, Anthony (Mary) and Eugene (Patricia) Hoying, all of Sun City Center, Fla., Linus (Mary) Hoying, Fort Loramie, and Patrick (Patricia) Hoying, Minster; a sister, Regina Aselage, Sidney; a brother-in-law, Alfred Boerger, Minster; a sister-in-law, Nancy Hoying, Dayton; 16 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Edwin and Henry Hoying; two sisters, Louise Boerger and Bernadette Gaier; two brothers-in-law, Clemens Aselage and Paul Gaier; and two sisters-in-law, Annabel and Mary Hoying.
She was a homemaker and member of St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery and St. Monica Ladies Sodality, Minster.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
