* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM Friday to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Coldwater's David Wilker will look for his fourth straight All-Ohio finish at the Division III state cross country championship on Saturday. Wilker placed fourth last year, but the Cavs have a shot at a team title with the whole team advancing this year.
