* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Albert Roessler
Albert Frederick Roessler, 86, 111 East Oak St., Celina, died early Nov. 14, 2006, at his residence.
He was born June 1, 1920, in Cincinnati, to Oscar and Ida Gratch Roessler. His first wife, Dorothy Neyer, and his second wife, Geneva Lloyd, are deceased.
Survivors are a son, Fred (Joann), Peebles; two daughters, Shirley (William) Chinn and Joyce, all of Celina; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Tonya Berger and a brother, Oscar.
He was an advertising manager for McGregor Goldsmith and Metropolitan Printing Co. Inc.
Services are 8 p.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Head officiating.
Calling is after 6 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and 9-11 a.m. Saturday at Nurre-Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, Cincinnati. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Cincinnati.
Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Association.
