* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Southern Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* WHEN...Until 700 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 355 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, Montezuma, Carthagena and Maria Stein.

Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing brief cold air funnels this afternoon and evening. Several funnel clouds have already been spotted across west-central Ohio, with this feature potentially moving into central Ohio over the coming hours. Keep in mind, the majority of these funnels will not reach the ground, but if they do, gusty winds and minor damage may occur.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

Alice Warner
Alice M. Warner, 89, formerly of 10291 Kettlersville Road, New Knoxville, and a resident of Auglaize Acres Nursing Home, Wapakoneta, died at 1:49 p.m. Nov. 14, 2006, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Aug. 10, 1917, in Shelby County, to Henry and Anna Lutterbeck Elshoff. On Sept. 21, 1947, she married Alvin Warner, who died March 12, 2005.
Survivors are two sisters-in-law, Magdalene Vohs, New Knoxville, and Viola Schroer, Wapakoneta.
Deceased are a brother, Julius Elshoff, and a sister, Madella Maurer.
She was a homemaker and member of First United Church of Christ, New Knoxville.
Services are 2 p.m. Saturday in the Heritage Room of the church, the Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Pilger Ruhe Cemetery, New Knoxville.
Calling is after 1 p.m. Saturday in the Heritage Room.
Contributions can be made to the Radio Broadcast Fund or donor's choice.
Arrangements are by Vornholt-Miller Funeral Home, New Knoxville.
