* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 630 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... City woman faces charges over drug-related death

A Celina woman has been indicted on multiple charges stemming from the drug-related death of an Allen County man in August.
Julie R. (Coate) Miller, 30, 632 Grove St., Apt. 3, was indicted Friday on four felonies and one misdemeanor in connection with the death of Stephen A. Stanley, 35, of Lima. She is scheduled to make an initial appearance this afternoon in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. [More]
Minimum wage increase affects expense to operate swimming pool

FORT RECOVERY - It will cost $6,000 to $8,000 more in 2007 to operate the village swimming pool, according to Village Administrator Randy Diller.
Diller said the expense increase is due to voter approval of state Issue II, which raise the minimum wage from $5.15 to $6.85 an hour beginning Jan. 1. He explained the pool will be affected the most, with the park affected minimally. [More]

A Celina man has pleaded not guilty to cultivating marijuana in the vicinity of a school.
Adrian A. Muhlenkamp, 66, 137 N. Vine St., appeared last week for arraignment in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. Judge Jeffrey Ingraham set 3 p.m. Dec. 20 as the time and date for a pretrial hearing.
