* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

Alice Taylor
Alice "Alma" Taylor, 89, of Rockford, died Nov. 19, 2006, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born Sept. 20, 1917, in Fonde, Tenn., to John and Nancy Wilson Rose. On Nov. 28, 1933, she married William R. Taylor, who died in 1978.
Surviving are three sons, Jerry (Donna), Dayton, Ky., Frank (Marcia) and Elden (Kendra), all of Van Wert; a daughter, Nancy Wilson, Florence, Ky.; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four sons, Billy Joe, John, Rusty and Jimmy; a daughter, Mary Francis; two brothers, Elden and Carl Rose; and two sisters, Hila Seveir and Martha Butterini.
She was a homemaker and a seamstress for many years. She also was a member of New Horizon Community Church and its women's group, Rockford.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Revs. T. J. Francis and Robert Loar officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Friday and after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
