* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding into the overnight hours.

* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1036 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Bellefontaine, Newport, West Liberty, Anna, Fort Loramie, De Graff, Quincy, Port Jefferson, Valley Hi, Zanesfield, Maplewood, Pemberton, Logansville, Mcmorran, Swanders, Pickrelltown, New Jerusalem and Lake Loramie State Park.

Snowden Sites
Snowden A. Sites, 85, 705 Pat Drive, Celina, died at 7:15 p.m. Nov. 26, 2006, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born June 1, 1921, in Milford, Ill., to Albert and Sally Kessel Sites. On Dec. 25, 1946, he married Ruth Zizelman, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a son, David (Anita), Holdrege, Neb.; three daughters, Nan (John) Wylie and LouAnn, all of Columbus, and Lorrie (Robert) Shreve, Portage; a brother, John (Betty), Mendon; two sisters, Mary (Harold) Bilter, Celina, and Martha VanWinkle, Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceases are two brothers, Bill and Olie.
He was a retired farmer and member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hopewell Township, Rockford.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Revs. Debora Domeier and David Sites officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church for students.
