* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...The following county, in west central Ohio, Mercer. * WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1253 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Celina, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Tama and Neptune.

An area man, who denied breaking into a pub where he once worked and taking $40 in quarters, was found guilty Tuesday in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
While most county residents use services offered in Mercer County, a vast portion go elsewhere.
A recent survey - the Mercer County Community Assessment - of more than 600 county residents shows 453 of those surveyed do not go outside of the county for services.
