* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Noah Long
Noah Gene Long, 82, 521 Schunk Road, Celina, died at 8:15 p.m. Dec. 10, 2006, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
He was born Aug. 2, 1924, in Paulding County, to Minor L. and Hazel M. Bailey Long. On May 22, 1948, he married Doris Howe, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Gary (Kathy), Westerville, and Mark (Lynn), Ashburn, Va.; a daughter, Jane (Tom) Gross, Coldwater; a brother, Russell, of Paulding County; a sister, LaDonna Poling, Convoy; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, David; a brother, Kenneth; and two sisters, Louise Willamson and Norma Thornell.
He retired as a tool and die maker at the former New Idea plant, Coldwater. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a 1942 graduate of Latty High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
