Areas of fog still linger reducing visibility in a number of locations. There remain a few localized places where visibility is as low as one mile.
Visibility will continue to improve through the early morning hours. But motorists should still be prepared for changes in visibility along their route and exercise extra caution.

Dr. James J. Otis, one of Ohio's oldest practicing physicians, looks through the chart of a patient who has been with him for decades. At 93, Otis will retire from full-time practice Dec. 31 at the urging of family members.
