* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Celina Utilities crews work on installing the new traffic lights where Main Street intersects with Touvelle Street and Johnson Avenue. The new signals are the final part of the $1.2 million reconstruction of the entire stretch of Touvelle Street. Most of the work was paid for through state and federal grant money.
