* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

David Fisher
David Fisher, 53, 2100 Celina Road, St. Marys, died Jan. 10, 2007, at his residence. He was ill for several years.
He was born Oct. 11, 1953, in Sandusky, to Gust and Rita Hartman Fisher. His wife, Cheryl Bowsher Fisher, survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Todd (Jamie), St. Marys, Timothy, Wapakoneta, and David (Katherine), Parma; three daughters, Tara (Matthew) Morris, St. Marys, Tammy (Dalton) Wright, Galion, and Tracy (Dave) McManama, Hebron, Ky.; six brothers, John and Rick, both of Cridersville, Bill, Wapakoneta, Michael, Lima, and Charlie and Angelo, both of Sandusky; a stepsister, Lynn Gefredo, Lima; and 15 grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Tennel Lynn Fisher and a sister, Gail.
He was a retired drywall hanger and finisher.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Monday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
