* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Leticia Sharpe
Leticia Sharpe, 48, 104 Woodward Ave., Celina, died at 2:04 p.m. Jan. 27, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
She was born May 19, 1958, in Celina, to Gregoria and Adela Morales Posada, who are deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Gregorio and Andre, both of Celina, and Mailek Sharpe, of North Carolina; two daughters, Adela (Anthony) Norris, Celina, and Tasla, of North Carolina; three brothers, John Posada, Wapakoneta; Steve (Vickie) Posada and Javier (Sue) Posada, all of Celina; two daughters, Lupe Posada, Celina, and Rose Mary (Ron) Miller, Wapakoneta; and seven grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
Services are 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Rick Brosher officiating.
Calling is 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
