The Rev. Angelo Anthony, the provincial director of the Cincinnati Province of the Missionaries of the Precious Blood, uses an evergreen branch and holy water to bless one of the rooms in the newly-opened St. Charles Senior Living Community in Carthagena on Sunday. The blessing took place as part of the dedication of the 54-room apartment complex, currently filled by 30 retired priests. The two-year project converted a large part of the former seminary into a senior living center open to the public.
