* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Kathlene Ransbottom
Kathlene E. Ransbottom, 90, South Sugar St., Celina, died at 4:15 a.m. February 4, 2007, at Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, St. Marys.
She was born Feb. 22, 1916, in Celina, to Carl and Della Witter Chapman. On March 26, 1936, she married Clifford Ransbottom, who died Feb. 25, 1977.
Surviving are a son, Dennis, Celina; two daughters, Sue, Elida, and Peggy (Don) Wrinkle, Tampa, Fla.; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Arline Hall, and a brother-in-law, Ivan Hall.
She retired from Celina Insurance Group after six years as a cashier and also was a clerk at the former Rankins Department Store, Celina, for 13 years. She graduated from Celina High School and was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. A private family burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
