* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.

Wilma Houston
Celina native Wilma Lee Houston, 85, of Lima, died at 9:50 a.m. Feb. 8, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Dec. 16, 1921, in Celina, to William and Luetta Granger Anderson. On Aug. 4, 1940, she married James J. Houston who died Feb. 16, 1955.
Surviving are two sons, Ron (Marilyn) of Lima and James (Alice) of Portland, Ore.; a sister, Violet Henry, Findlay; 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Sharon Kay; three brothers, Lamont, Robert and Woodrow Anderson; and four sisters, Zela Christy, Shirley Anderson, Lola Pinney and Ruth Morris.
She retired as an assembler at Lima Register, Furnace & Air Conditioners after 26 years and was a member of Bluelick Bible Church, Lima.
Services are 1 p.m. Monday at Chiles-Laman Shawnee Chapel, Lima, the Rev. James Neighbors officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. today and 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
