* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union.
* WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

At 542 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Waynesfield, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Ada, Alger, Waynesfield, Mcguffey, Uniopolis, Walton, and State Route 195 at State Route 235.

Luella Lenhart
Luella N. Lenhart, 95, formerly of Wapakoneta, died at 6:15 a.m. Feb. 8, 2007, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 25, 1911, in Auglaize County, to Fred and Mary Foltz Mees. On Dec. 27, 1930, she married Robert F. Lenhart who is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Donald (Jacque), and a daughter, Donna Jean (Harold) Knatz, all of St. Marys; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters, Janie Leffel and Freddie Gross, and two great-granddaughters.
She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, Kossuth, and a 1930 graduate of Spencerville High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Raymond Daniel officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
