Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening. These gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

Betty Rosengarten, 80, Montezuma, died Feb. 11, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Montezuma. Burial to follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
