Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening.
These gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

Minster third-grader Isaac Gibson proudly displays an enemy star ship he created during The Block Kids Building Competition held Saturday morning at Minster High School. Youngsters in grades 1-3 had one hour to construct something of their own choosing with Lego blocks and aluminum foil during the judged event sponsored by the National Association of Women in Construction.
