* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Part of a six-point rack remains embedded in the windshield of Doug Billerman's car following a Sunday night accident along U.S. 127, south of state Route 703. The Maria Stein man suffered minor injuries and the animal was not located.
