* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Harold Howick
Harold E. Howick, 88, of 7541 state Route 197, Celina, died Feb. 16, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born May 12, 1918, in Celina to Edwin and Clara Maurer Howick. On Aug. 23, 1953, he married Lavaun Hellwarth, who died Feb. 16, 1995.
Surviving are two sons, Dave (Bev) and Dennis (Theresa), all of Celina; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was a retired farmer and a local weather forecaster for The Daily Standard. He was a member of St. Pauls United Methodist Church, Celina, and was a 1936 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
