* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Norbert Flaute
Norbert M. Flaute, 85, 219 E. Sycamore St., Coldwater, died at 3:15 p.m. Feb. 18, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Jan. 29, 1922, in Swanders, to John D. and Loretta S. Koverman Flaute. On Nov. 28, 1946, he married Eleanor Bergman, who died April 19, 2004.
Surviving are a son, Ken (Laura), Grove City; a brother, Ray (Rita), Cassella; and a grandson.
Deceased are four brothers and three sisters.
He retired from Ross Aluminum Foundry, Sidney, and was a U.S. Navy veteran serving during World War II. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Coldwater, and a past commander of American Legion Post 446, Anna, and leader of the Uniform Group of American Legion Post 470, Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Daniel Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
