At 631 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fort Recovery, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Newport, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Moulton, Wabash, Osgood, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, North Star, Montezuma, New Weston, Yorkshire, and Tama.

Arnold Johnsman
Arnold A. Johnsman, 87, 7085 state Route 118, Celina, died at 1:06 p.m. Feb. 23, 2007, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
He was born Feb. 24, 1919, in Celina, to Andrew and Catherine (Weber) Johnsman. On Oct. 29, 1949, he married Esther Guggenbiller, who survives.
Survivors are two sons, Paul (Jayne), Celina, and Bill (Karyn), Englewood; two daughters, Doris (Charles) Goettemoeller, Coldwater, and Patty (Wayne) Baucher, Celina; a brother, Leroy (Ruth); three sisters, Dorothy and Martha Jean Johnsman, both of Celina, and Edith (Charles) Backs, Coldwater; 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Richard, Clarence and Lawrence; and a grandson.
He was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School, Celina. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, serving in South Africa. He was retired from Agco New Idea, Coldwater, and had worked at Mersman Tables, Celina. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, the church choir, Knights of Columbus and Veterans of Foreign Wars, all of Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Richard Riedel officiating. Burial is at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina.
Contributions can be made to the church endowment fund or to State of the Heart Home Health & Hospice.
