At 631 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fort Recovery, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Celina, St. Marys, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, St. Henry, Newport, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery, New Knoxville, Moulton, Wabash, Osgood, Chickasaw, Burkettsville, North Star, Montezuma, New Weston, Yorkshire, and Tama.

Gary Rutledge
Gary M. Rutledge, 63, Rockford, died Feb. 22, 2007, at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay.
He was born Aug. 3, 1943, in Celina, to Keith and Betty (VanTilburg) Rutledge Sr. His father is deceased and his mother survives in Rockford. He previously was married to Judith K. Rutledge, who survives.
Also surviving is a son, the Rev. Paul (Cheryl), Rising Sun; a daughter, Vicky (Steve) Bihn, Findlay; two brothers, Bob (Kathy) and Keith (Anita), all of Rockford; a sister, Ruth (Mike) Armstrong, Walbridge; and five grandchildren.
He was a mortgage broker for Streamline Home Mortgage, Van Wert, and member of the New Horizon Community Church, Rockford.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. March 1 at the church, the Rev. John Eraunstein officiating. The family will meet friends from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service.
