Paul Fisher of Celina and his 4-year-old daughter, Demetra, protest for parents' rights in front of the Mercer County Courthouse in Celina. Fisher has taken his custody case to the Ohio Supreme Court to clarify legislation dealing with the issue. The high court accepted the case for review - a significant step for cases appealed to the Supreme Court. Justices aren't expected to hand down a decision for several months.
