* Flash Flood Warning for... Mercer County in west central Ohio...
* Until 700 AM EDT.
* At 309 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Celina, Coldwater, St. Henry, Fort Recovery, Rockford, Wabash, Mendon, Chickasaw, Montezuma, Tama, Carthagena, Neptune, Chattanooga and Maria Stein.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 435 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Jackson Center, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Buckland, Uniopolis, Kettlersville, Fryburg, McCartyville, Montra, St. Johns, Bulkhead and Egypt.

Todd Homan
Todd D. Homan, 22, 305 state Route 29, Celina, died March 2, 2007, in an automobile accident on state Route 219 east of Coldwater at 8:54 p.m.
He was born Feb. 15, 1985, in Coldwater, to Daniel and Brenda Pearson Homan, who survive in Celina.
Also surviving are four sisters, Melissa (Jamie) Grove and Dana (Steve) Bruggeman, all of Columbus, and Joannie (David) Bruns and Valerie (Dwayne) Gehle, all of Celina; and paternal grandparents, Harold and Luella, Celina.
Deceased are maternal grandparents, Alvin and Arthena Pearson.
A 2004 Coldwater High School graduate, he was employed at Francis Manufacturing, Russia, and was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant, Ind.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. David Hoying officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
