* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 19 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Gusty southwest winds will become westerly this afternoon. The strong winds and the recently fallen snow is resulting in some blowing and drifting snow, especially across rural and open areas. This may result in rapid changes in road conditions over short distances. Motorists should exercise extra caution.

Audrey Buschur
Audrey Buschur, 83, of Coldwater, died March 5, 2007, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 10, 1923, in Mercer County, to John and Fannie Kerns Frank. On Sept. 12, 1942, she married Melvin Buschur, who died Feb. 5, 2004.
Surviving are three sons, Dale, Gerald and Mike (Mary), all of Coldwater; two daughters, Connie (Tony) Schoenlein, Coldwater, and Phyllis (Dick) Gansert, Celina; a daughter-in-law, Margie, Celina; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Richard; three brothers, Glen, Owen and Dale; and three sisters, Norma, Erma and Iris.
She retired from Reynolds & Reynolds, Celina. She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, St. Cecelia Knights of St. John, Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 5135, all of Coldwater, and Ladies of the Moose, Celina.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice, Coldwater.
