New Knoxville's Ross Stienecker, 24 goes up for a shot as Marion Local's Greg Hartings, 42, defends. Stienecker, the MAC and Division IV District Player of the Year, had 21 points to lead New Knoxville to its first District championship in 60 years with a 50-41 win over the Flyers at Wapakoneta.
